TICKETsrv is constantly working alongside its clients to develop new features to meet their ever-changing requirements. The features below have all been developed as a result of client feedback…
Carer’s pass verification
A recent addition to the arsenal of tools at your fingertips is the new carer’s ticket verification feature. Rather than customers calling then emailing in their documents, this feature allows the customer to upload their evidence (i.e. a PIP form) at the time of purchase of the carer’s ticket. The document can then either be approved by you or you can just trust the customer to have uploaded the correct evidence with spot checks. The functionality can be applied to a whole host of similar passes where evidence is required, such as Young Farmers’ Club
members, for example.
Contact marketing
Among the marketing toolkit available is a new contact marketing feature. This allows you to compare customers year-on-year, focussing in on those customers who return every year or those who bought last year but are yet to book this year. Perfect for targeting regular attendees with a membership campaign, for example, or simply for knowing who to focus your promotional ticket sales emails on.
Ticketing accounts
Customers can now choose to sign-in to an account using their Google, Apple or Facebook profiles, making it super-quick and easy to purchase tickets and view order history.
Re-book feature
Capture a previous customer’s purchase history at the click of a button. You can then re-book the same tickets that customer had previously ordered, using the Box Office function. Particularly useful when issuing complimentary tickets, which TICKETsrv have now made a free
service, subject to fair usage.
Waiting list
If tickets are not yet on sale, TICKETsrv can set up a waiting list form which captures the interested customer’s email address and adds to a database. Once tickets are live, you can use this database to let those customers know that they can now proceed to book.
Affordable equipment hire
Whilst TICKETsrv is a strong believer that you get what you pay for, they have reduced equipment hire costs to make it even more affordable. Many Shows are dealing with rising costs across the board and we want to help.
